This policy covers the "Milan Art YouTube Automation" application (the "App"), an internal tool operated by Milan Art Institute to manage its own YouTube channel(s). The App is not a public product or service; it has no external users, and it is not distributed to any organization or individual outside Milan Art Institute.
The App connects to YouTube channel(s) owned and operated by Milan Art Institute via Google's YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API. Specifically, it accesses:
The App only accesses data for YouTube channels that Milan Art Institute itself owns and operates. It does not access, collect, or process data belonging to any other person, channel, or organization.
Data retrieved through these APIs is used solely to:
Data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes unrelated to Milan Art Institute's own channel management.
OAuth credentials (access and refresh tokens) are stored locally in an access-restricted environment used only by the individuals who operate Milan Art Institute's YouTube channel(s). Credentials are never transmitted to or stored by any third-party service, and are not accessible to anyone outside Milan Art Institute.
Credentials and any retrieved data are retained only as long as needed to operate the channel. Access can be revoked at any time by the account holder via Google Account → Security → Third-party access.
